CLEVELAND - July 22, 2019 - HR Knowledge Source (HRKS) Founder and Chief HR Officer, Sheree Knowles, has been selected to be a featured presenter at the Cleveland HR Star Conference. The conference will be held Wednesday, July 24, from 8:15 am to 4:45 pm at the Holiday Inn Independence, 6001 Rockside Road, Independence OH. The conference is celebrating its 21st year and will present 20 sessions on a variety of HR topics given by HR professionals from across the country. The Cleveland HR Star Conference draws 600+ HR professionals from many organizations from Ohio and Western PA.
Knowles will present two topics: C.R.E.W.-Civility, Respect, and Engagement and B.Y.O.B.-Bring Your own Biases to Work. During the C.R.E.W. workshop, attendees will participate in a highly engaging session that discusses harmful effects of bad but not unlawful behavior in the workplace, and learn what can be done to affect a change in their organization. The B.Y.O.B. workshop will change the diversity narrative in the workplace by taking an honest look at biases that extend beyond skin color in the workplace. This can be a game-changer for organizations! There will be two sessions for each topic.
