Aside from the usual yoga and meditation sessions, this retreat will also include energising walking excursions.
The six-night yoga retreat Ibiza based will feature a total of eight yoga sessions as well as evening meditations. Aside from this, there will be three hikes that will focus on the most amazing beaches, towns, and countryside of Ibiza. Participants can also join a stand-up paddle boarding tour and end the day with a relaxing crystal healing sound bath or a traditional Finnish sauna.
Accommodations will be prepared in a beautifully-restored old country house in Ibiza situated in the outskirts of Santa Eulalia town, near the beaches of Cala Nova and Cala Llenya. It has gardens full of fruits and vegetables as well as a grass lawn, which are suitable for relaxation and sunbathing. Participants of the retreat can book rooms with Nordic Ibizan décor in single, double, twin, and triple.
As for the food, dishes all day will be plant-based, with fresh ingredients sources from various local farms. Harmonic Escapes partners with Chef Patricia to deliver the most sumptuous meals to all participants of the retreat. Snacks, brunch buffet, and dinner will be served daily, with fruit juice, water, and tea available throughout the day. Questionnaires will be sent out to participants ahead of the retreat to assess their dietary requirements, allowing the chef to prepare dishes that everyone will surely enjoy.
This Hiking and Yoga Retreat is only available for a maximum of 13 guests to maintain the intimacy of the trip. A total of 1,300 per person will be needed to cover all six nights, with an option to stay for an extra night for an additional 100. All of the things mentioned above will be covered by this payment, with the exception of flight and travel fee, personal insurance, additional activities and treatments, and food and beverages bought outside of the accommodation.
