Versatile Security Sweden AB, the leader in smart card management systems, today announced the company has changed its name to Versasec AB. Known in the U.S.-market as Versasec LLC, the Swedish parent company saw the opportunity to present a unified global brand and continue its market penetration in the digital ID management industry.

The name change further aligns the company with its popular product suite, vSEC:CMS, which provides access and identity management for businesses of all sizes. vSEC:CMS products provide enterprises with all the software tools they need to administer and manage the lifecycle of smart cards securely and conveniently. The product suite consists of versions designed for both management systems and smart card tools, with offers that meet every organization's requirements for managing its smart cards.
