Amman, Jordan—August 2015: Seeking to maintain a high level of transparency at the workplace as well as inspiring employees, Total Jordan has organized an event for the staff affiliated with the Total Jordan Lubricants Club on Monday, August 3rd. The event sought to thank employees for their success in achieving the company’s specified sales goals.

Total Jordan launched the club in order to boost relations and ensure a greater understanding between management and workers. Club meetings revolve around creating new employee incentives, determining methods to achieve corporate goals and increasing efficiency, thereby ensuring employees’ continued loyalty and satisfaction.

Such meetings further seek to find ways to improve installationswhile developing team skills and strengthening employees’ active sales techniques, including advising customers on the best lubricants to apply.
