KWAI CHUNG, Hong Kong -- Wise Pet has launched a new site to allow the customers to shop by categories, brands or by health related problems. Customers can find the products more easily with the new site design.

Wise Pet has been a specialty pet shop in Hong Kong for over 11 years. It carries natural products for both pet and pet owners. The new site has better content management system and the customers can either shop as guest or sign up for a new account. Account holders can reorder, check order status and save products in wish list for future purchase easily.

Wise Pet has also implemented a new reward program. Customers with online account can earn reward points through purchase, referring friends to make a purchase, signing up for newsletter or sharing site content in Facebook, Google +, or Twitter.

Kwan-hung Lo, Wise Pet founder, said: “I believe the reward program will make us more competitive as the customers not only earn volume discount, they can also save money making several small purchases.”

When asked whether Wise Pet will become a supermarket type of pet shop, she said: “I don’t see this in the near future. We are still picky in putting up a product on our site. There are sites selling thousands of products from many different brands, but we prefer to do some screening first so our customers don’t need to go through a lot of information deciding what to buy. We are also looking for more unique products from overseas in order to stand out from the crowd.”
