NOIDA, India -- Indian realty sector is happy with the Union Budget of last year by newly sworn in government. The positive moves taken by the government involve principal approval to REITs by SEBI which would help bootstrapped budget investors and high net worth individuals to access the funds easily. Moreover if it is paired with single window clearance system then it will reduce the time for project completion henceforth reducing the overall construction cost of the project-Mr. P. Sahel iterated.
