1) If oil shale shaker and vibration motor foot contact surface roughness meets the installation requirements;

2) Whether foot spiral tied tight ;

3) Whether the host vibration acceleration meets the requirements;if there is no problem, then it is worth noting that whether regulate eccentric vibration motor is correct. Note that both sides of vibration motor eccentric should be consistent, to avoid vibration motor wagging from side to side, the foot empty rupture phenomenon happens often. When some customers adjusting eccentric, eccentric angle at both ends of the block (or chord length) is inconsistent, it can also lead to vibration motor noise.

Furthermore, pay attention to the two vibrating motors' veer, if two vibration motors are running in one direction, then the material will only depend on one side to move. Rubber spring device can effectively reduce the noise, reducing friction between the steel spring metal and the metal during vibration .
