NOIDA, India -- Private equity funds Clearwater Capital and SSG Capital Management are planning to make a huge investment in real estate sector of India with Rs 450 crore. The both brands are looking towards the investment in the sports housing range of Lotus Greens, two officials by this deal says.
The global green builder Lotus Greens is receiving 300 acres land in Noida Sector 150 of around Rs 2,500 crore. Builder will use the first investment of Rs 450 crore by capital management firms to make the first installment of payment to City Authority.

• By the aspect of an official, the developer will get through then non-convertible ventures to the non-commercial finance company of Clearwater Capital and to SSG Capital Management.
• According to an email sent to Pramendra Sahel, VP at Lotus Greens India ltd did not discern any response. SSG's general counsel Richard Yee rejects to say on the email query.
• Noida development authority has awarded the bid to Lotus Greens city in last July for their Lotus Sports city.

Clearwater Capital did not get through the electronic questionnaire. By considering the investment of these two national firms, this pollution free and eco-friendly segment will offer residential units as well as green atmospheric Entertainment amenities also included a nine-point golf course.
