Launch Zen Harmony Diving

Singaraja, Bali. 30th October, 2014: Zen Resort Bali, a leading holistic health and wellness sanctuary and Zen Dive Resorts in North and East Bali, today announced the launch of Zen Harmony Diving, an integrated holistic concept that combines scuba diving and snorkeling with harmony breathing, meditation, yoga and Ayurveda.

This unique concept enables scuba divers and snorkelers to discover the beauty and amazing diversity of marine life whilst experiencing an exceptional pathway to human health and fitness through the effective practice of underwater controlled breathing, meditative focus and free flow physical exercise.

Zen Harmony Diving’s dive professionals and resident Ayurveda doctor and therapists will create tailored Zen Harmony Breathing, Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda Programmes for individual guests. Zen Harmony Diving program also includes a focus on marine conservation and environmental awareness. Our resident PADI 5 star Scuba Instructors and Master Divers have extensive experience in marine environment conservation, rehabilitation and environmental protection.

Zen Harmony Diving also incorporates the OCEAN REEF Full Face Integrated Dive and Snorkeling Mask Systems. These allow divers and snorkelers to breathe comfortably and naturally through the nose. The masks do not leak water and generally never fog the visors. This new innovation gives divers the possibility to get back to a more efficient way of natural behavior underwater.

Upon arrival at Zen Dive Resorts, guests will be assessed to determine their areas of focus and fitness enhancement from breathing to meditation, yoga, Ayurveda massage, Ayurveda diet and Zentsu water relaxation. Prior to the dive, a specialist instructor will conduct a Zen Harmony Yoga session to review breathing techniques designed to improve air consumption enabling a more focused yet calm and comfortable underwater experience. After each dive, instructors will review the dive, practice breathing techniques to remove any excess nitrogen, and discuss issues that require further attention.
