LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. -- A recent piece on CBS News found some shocking information about medical practice in Florida. There are plenty of physicians with several malpractice settlements against them, yet these physicians continue to practice medicine.
It is a frightening concept to consider. Most people enter medical care because they are wanting to be well, but the reality is some do not come home because of malfeasance, mistreatment or medical oversights.
