SEATTLE -- Seattle Rhythmic Gymnastics Presents the 2014 Summer Camp Program

Good news for Seattle parents! Take your children away from sitting on the sofa or in front of a computer screen and onto the gym floor for some dancing, tumbling and running with music!

Seattle, WA - Seattle Rhythmic Gymnastics (http://www.seattlerhythmic.com (http://www.seattlerhythmic.com/)) will host an intensive camp and recreational camp this summer for girls age 7 and older. Both camps include balance of gymnastics activities and non-gymnastics activities.

"Introduction to Rhythmic Gymnastics Summer camp (from beginner to Level 5)" program will run from Aug 4th – Aug 8th. This day camp is the perfect answer for parents who are looking for a great summer day camp for their children. Children will try variety of gymnastics activities like: dancing, ballet, acrobatic elements, and gymnastics. This will be mixed with non-gymnastics activities like paper crafting, origami, t-shirt designing, capture the flag and other fun games.

A note about Rhythmic gymanstics from Instructor Hitomi Sliva: “Rhythmic Gymnastics is a great way to make children improve not only physical abilities but also mental control since it help them to express their inside feelings by dancing with music. Specifically, rhythmic gymnastics exercises the brain, improves eye coordination, flexibility, conditions, improves good imagination and discipline, durability and judgement. Children will exercise and improve all kinds of skills from this sport.”
