BANGALORE, India -- Bangalore: Mantri S.E.V.A, the social wing of Mantri Developers Pvt ltd, in association with Mitra Jyothi foundation, a NGO dedicated towards the empowerment of the visually impaired is organizing a ten day 'Grocery & Stationary Collection Drive' campaign. Mantri S.E.V,A. is conducting this collection drive across Mantri properties, offices and the Mantri Square Mall. where one can gift packaged grocery, stationery items like A4 sheets, pen, pencil etc or blank cds and DVDs.
Mitra Jyothi has designed a variety of training and support programs that will assist people with visual disability to become independent and instill in them the confidence to achieve their goals.
Speaking on the intiative Mrs. Snehal Mantri, Director-Marketing, Mantri Developers, said’ "The idea behind associating with Mitra Jyoti is to contribute in the development of visually challenged, which is still seen as a taboo in the society. Mantri S.E.V.A has always been making efforts towards the betterment of society and this campaign provides us another opportunity to continue with our efforts to fight again such odds and provide a better future to the underprivileged "
