Setareh Khatibi Crowned Miss Mexico U.S. 2013/2014 at The Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas

Las Vegas.- The Miss Mexico Organization, is pleased to announce that Setareh Khatibi a California Resident and who represented Sinaloa was crowned this past Sunday December 22nd, 2013 Señorita México U.S. 2013 at The Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. The California resident was elected among 13 other beautiful Ladies of Mexican heritage that were competing for the national in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Miss Mexico Organization, CEO Adán Pérez and Executive Director Jenny Bolivar were publicly honored at the beginning of the show by The Latin Chamber of Commerce.

Lexy Lopez from California who represented Aguascalientes became the first runner up, while Maria Fernanda Manco from Cancún, Sarai Pio from Morelia and Jessica Perez from Chihuahua ,were exalted as finalists. Cindy Guerrero representing San Luis Potosí earned the Miss Congeniality award. Jovana Garcia won the "Traje Tipico Award", wearing the espectacular Zacatecas Custome designed by Eruvey Tapia. Setareh Khatibi in addition to be crowned as the Next Miss Mexico U.S. 2013 was also Miss Photogenic and the most voted on the social networks and official website, missmexicous.com

The beauty pageant which started in the year of 2004, mounted a Las Vegas style show which eye browed attendees, as well as media, current and potential sponsors. Housed in Las Vegas from Tuesday December 17th at The Artisan Hotel contestants participated in different promotional presentations, and were transported in Luxurious Limousines and party Busses from 24/7 Limousines. The contestants made presentations around the city, including Mi Lindo Michoacan Mexican Restaurant, a runway and presentation at Blue Martini lounge and night club, a dinner at Pasha Mediterranean Restaurant and The “Meet the Judges activity” which was carried on a party-dinner hosted by The Miss Mexico Organization at Fogo De Cho Brazilian Stake House.

The crowning night explosive entertainment's was in charge of The incredibly talented and beautiful Nieve Malandra, Enrique Lugo and The Señorita Mexico U.S. Dancers, Comedian Sean Cooper and Pop singer OBrown. A big surprise was when CEO and Executive Producer of The Miss Mexico U.S. beauty pageant Adan Perez got on the stage and sung a romantic duet with Nieve Malandra the beautiful song “What a Difference a day made” singing its Spanish version “Cuando Vuela a tu lado”, Adan who surprised many with his romantic voice and talent came back on the stage to interpret another song on “the one last look” segment of the pageant, signing to the five finalists The Bobby Capo theme “Todo me gusta de ti”.

Rj Peltyn, and Cecilia Howard were the Host and Hostesses of the night, The judge panel was distinguished with: Dr, Samir Pancholi from Pancholi Cosmetical Surgery of Nevada, Dr. Sassan Dadseresht from Dental Implant Institute, Comedian Sean E. Cooper, Entrepreneur Annie Nouna, Singer/Actress Pia Zadora, William Grant’s Marketing Director Andrea Jimenez, Towel of Jewells’s Owner Jack Weinstein, Los Angeles Image Expert Jimmy Johnson, California Entrepreneur Cesar Silva, Owner of Franco’s Make up academy Alberto Franco, and Sarah López, Miss Mexico U.S. 2012. As in every other pageant Local dignitary Sandy Peltyn was chairlady of the Panel of Judges. Papote Varet served as stage Director and Enrique Logo directed all of the show choreography.

The beautiful Mexican/Irani descendent Setareh Khatibi was crowned by Michelle Rivas Señorita Mexico U.S. 2012. Setareh Khatibi will represent the beauty of the Mexican women living in The United States for a whole year and will travel to Istanbul Turkey to compete in the oldest beauty contest ever known The Miss Globe International.
