According to the jury Kaushik Khakhar's thesis "Governance determinants in multi-vendor IT outsourcing" is useful in defining and implementing effective Governance in multivendor outsourcing arrangements. The thesis is substantively strong, with good language and includes a thorough literature review combined with in-depth examination of a case study. This results in a number of determinants that influences four different governance modes.

The thesis has been carried for completion of the Masters of IT Management program at Delft Toptech, part of Technical University (TU) Delft.

The jury consisted of Dr. Ir. Denis Verhoef (Kirkman), Dr. Guus Delen (HvA), Prof. Dr. Jan Bergstra (UvA), Dr. Albert Plugge (TU Delft) en Prof. Dr. Tom van Engers (UvA) reviewed the papers on three criteria: content, relevance and accessibility.

Kaushik is Managing Partner of Netherlands based IT Management consulting company Krish InfoCom B.V. The company is well known for business, IT and enterprise architecture services.
