The Lighthouse church isn’t your grandma’s church. In fact, Pastor Keion Henderson is only 34 years old and already becoming a rising star in the new way church is perceived- online! Pastor Henderson has the fastest growing congregation in Texas and he is quickly growing his online audience.

“I wanted to do something different. I wanted to have a church that welcomed all and could reach all. So, I went online. Don’t get me wrong, I love to have people in church every day but that isn’t always possible. People work, people travel, some people aren’t mobile – my online mission helps connect everyone to our church and God,” said Pastor Henderson.

Pastor Henderson personally oversaw the way the church’s website was designed. “You can donate online, we have video, an interactive schedule, an easy to use staff directory, my personal blog, and so much more. However I can help people connect to God, I will- even through using online media. I’m also on Twitter and Instagram to take prayer requests, answer questions and just connect with the community,” finished Pastor Henderson.

Pastor Henderson is available to speak with a wide-array of media outlets on how church can be interactive and why some churches are being held back (as far as growth is concerned) resulting from traditional practices.
