Entry to the Kashmir valley is by both by Air and by Road. By air flights operate from Delhi from Jammu to Kashmir. By road we can approach to Kashmir by taking Sumos like that of Tavera, Toyota Innova, Mahindra Scorpio etc also daily buses both private and Government buses operate from directly to Kashmir from Jammu. The Kashmir Railway is a railway line being built in India to connect the state of Jammu and Kashmir with the rest of the country and the last stop on the railway line north is Udhampur from where anyone can hire buses or Sumos to reach Kashmir.

Gulmarg:
Gulmarg is about 44 kms from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir with about 2 hour journey. Gulmarg is known for its amazing natural beauty and it is counted as one of the unique tourist destinations in the world. Gulmarg is surrounded by dense forest. This place is famous for its golf hikes and beautiful highland golf course. The natural beauty accompanied with clean fresh air and a beautiful environment highlights Gulmarg as a major tourist destination. Gulmarg have also the great slopes for skiing and in winters, winter skiing competition is held every year. Gulmarg has also the world's highest and longest cable car network.

Pahalgam:
Pahalgam is 104 kms away from Srinagar and 45 kms from district headquarter Anatnag situated on the banks of Lidder River. In Pahalgam various sightseeing places are - Baisaran, Audoo, Beetab Valley, Chandanwari and main Pahalgam, pahalgam is very famous for green lushy meadows and pine trees.

Mughal gardens:
Mughal gardens are a group of gardens made by Mughal Emperors. The Mughal Gardens of Kashmir are- Shalimar Garden, Nishat Bag and Pari Mahal. Shalimar Garden was made by Jehangir which is about 15 kmts away from tourist reception centre Srinagar. Shalimar Garden has gardens with shallow terraces. Nishat Bag is also on the same boulevard route about 12 kms away from tourist reception center Srinagar. The magnificent view of famous Dal Lake can be seen from this Garden. Cheshma Shahi has tastefully laid gardens in terraces in the foot hills of Zabarwan Hills. It has also some huts on sides and a small lake for enjoyment of boating.
