Shale industry experts from more than 40 countries attended the awards ceremony and gala dinner at the Hilton Americas, to celebrate and recognise industry achievements and contributions to a sustainable shale industry.

The 2013 Winners are:

International Pioneer Award

Chevron won the International Pioneer Award and Mike Koch accepted it on their behalf.

Technological Innovator Award

Halliburton won the Technological Innovator Award for their CYPHER Seismic to Stimulation service. The award was accepted by Glenda Wylie.

Community Engagement Award

Consol Energy won the community engagement award for their outstanding work in the communities within which they work. David Hackworth accepted it on their behalf.

Nicky Bowen, Senior Producer - World Shale Oil & Gas Summit 2013 added ''I would like to extend my congratulations to all the winners for this important recognition for their contribution to the global shale industry.”
