He possesses 35 years of experience litigating, arbitrating, and resolving complex corporate, commercial, constitutional, and employment disputes. Richard’s experience with constitutional issues includes:
Handling numerous civil rights and first amendment cases; constitutional matters involving everything from class action challenges to prison conditions that violate the first,eighth and fourteenth amendments to the constitution; and -constitutional challenges to the disciplinary procedures utilized by cities and states with respect to their employees, and to cases involving excessive police force and illegal search and seizure.
