CME Medical Promotes Nutrition Pumps at Two Key Events

CME Medical will be promoting its nutrition pumps – the BodyGuard 323 Ambulatory Infusion Pump (http://www.cmemedical.co.uk/products/body-guard-323-ambulatory-infusion-pump/index.asp) and the BodyGuard 2CH Twin Channel Infusion Pump (http://www.cmemedical.co.uk/products/body-guard-2ch-twin-...) and a new range of rucksacks to carry them in, at two key healthcare nutrition events coming soon.

At the National Nurses Nutrition Group (NNNG) Conference in Solihull, and the British Association of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (BAPEN) Annual Conference in Harrogate, CME Medical will highlight the effectiveness of these two pumps which are ideal for Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) infusion in hospital, at home, or on the move.

CME Medical is a leading supplier of compact and lightweight pumps for TPN infusion and will be highlighting the benefits of the BodyGuard 323 Ambulatory Infusion Pump (http://www.cmemedical.co.uk/products/body-guard-323-ambul...) and the BodyGuard 2CH Twin Channel Infusion Pump at both events.

The intuitive user-friendly designs enable patients to operate the pumps confidently and safely, while out and about they have a choice of rucksack to carry their device discreetly and in style, and while in hospital they have the freedom to ambulate with or without a drip stand. CME Medical will be displaying their complete new range of 2 litre and 3 litre rucksacks at both events. These offer discrete, easy and comfortable carriage of a TPN IV bag and infusion pump.

CME Medical will be demonstrating the two TPN pumps and the new rucksacks, at the NNNG Conference from September 30 – October 1, at St John’s Hotel, Solihull. The conference objectives are to give a national strategic update on nutritional care to delegates, to discuss hot topics in nutrition, and to participate in national networking and best practice sharing. It will be of particular interest to nutrition nurse specialists, lead nurses and matrons in nutrition, gastroenterology nurses and dieticians.

CME Medical will also be attending the BAPEN Conference from November 26-27, at the Harrogate International Centre – this year’s theme is: providing quality nutritional care in difficult times. The event is of interest to any clinician or health care professional with an interest in nutritional support including gastroenterologists; surgeons and trainees in any discipline.
