LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The Museum of African American Art located at Macy's will host the play She Who Finds a Husband written by P.R. Hawkins and based on the Essence Best Selling Novel by Author E.N. Joy. September 26, 28 & 29th will be nights to remember.
September 26, 2013 will start three days of exciting authors at MAAA. The Red Carpet Opening Night GALA is sponsored by Hint Water (http://www.drinkhint.com/), and will include celebrities, great food, a book signing and the stage play.
September 27, 2013, Author Terry McMillian(Waiting to Exhale) will be present for a book signing where a booth will be set-up to buy tickets for the stage play, She Who Finds A Husband. If you are not able to go online to purchase tickets do not miss the opportunity to buy them in person.
Directed by Marilyn Sue Perry, this Tyler Perry reminiscent stage play brings the women of the ficticious New Day Temple of Faith to life with portrayals of modern day marriage, Christian values and struggles of living a Godly life in unGodly times.
