Dr Mukesh Batra, Padma Shri recipient,India’s most-renowned homeopath, Founder and Chairman of Dr Batra’s Positive Health Clinic, today showcased at his 9th annual charity photo exhibition, yet another notable collection of photographs titled ‘Magic Moments’. After their display in Mumbai the photographs will also be exhibited in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai and Dubai.

The proceeds of the event will be donated to Happy Home and School for the Blind, an institution for children with visual/multiple impairment.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Mukesh Batra said, “Although my first passion is medicine, I am completed by my second love, photography. Photography is an artistic expression that can capture beautiful moments when words are not sufficient to describe their true splendour. When I first took up photography, it was just as a simple release from a rigorous and often pain filled profession. But focusing on the miracles of nature rather than the frailties of the human body, has helped me to become a more positive human being and a better doctor. My biggest inspiration is my cause; it allows me to collect funds for the underprivileged. This year the proceeds will be donated to Happy Home & School for the Blind, Mumbai.”

The exhibition would feature two of the most popular Greek islands – Mykonos and Santorini renowned for their whitewashed buildings with blue doors, blue-domed churches, the charming windmills, and the azure waters giving the audience an opportunity to envisage picturesque Greece.

Works from Dr Batra's previous exhibitions have adorned the Raj Bhavan in Mumbai, the Citigold Lounges at the Citibank offices of Mumbai and Delhi, the corporate office of Bajaj, the Tata archives as well as other prestigious offices and homes.

The photographs from the collection ‘Magic Moments’ will also be available for sale at all Dr Batra’s clinics in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai and Dubai. The prices begin from Rs.1000/- onwards.
