Brewing tea combines water, fire, earth, and air, all the elements working in harmony. As the dried tea leaves rehydrate, the tea spirit is released into the cup. The tea spirit invigorates the mind and body. It calms your spirit. Peace is the absence of noise. You turn off the noise in your mind and environment, enjoying a tea moment. You will discuss your tea moments and different meditation styles. Porcelain tea cup is included.
