TLC launched on 8/8/2013 a mobile application to compliment its tailored web portals for its clients. Free for members to download for Android and iOS phones, the app will be automatically customised for each client, based on the web address the member is registered to.

"Our clients can now access their event information and perks on the go - it means they can search for a place for dinner or for shopping, without having to remember their login to their website.

It is another value added service TLC has provided to make our "employee loyalty programmes" stand out. These added services we can deliver but for each client to try and develop and implement these it would be costly to do so. We can help, and the mobile app is just another example of how we are continually looking at new ways to help our clients", says Sam Lau, managing director of Total Loyalty Company.

A virtual membership card is also available from the app, saving the need for members to remember to carry their membership card.

Already 100s of downloads of the app has taken place by our clients, thanks also to an incentive in partnership with our good friend Pizza Express, who provided everyone who downloaded the app with a $50 Pizza Express voucher!

This new tool adds to the full service solution TLC offers to clients to provide them with a healthy, fun and engaging workplace. After all, if staff are happier they will be more productive!
