FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Hooters of Fort Myers is hosting a Christmas in July celebration, with 100% of the funds raised to support The Salvation Army. The event, complete with a live and silent auction, live band, parking lot sale, Sexy Santa swimsuit contest and white elephant exchange, will be held at the Hooters located at 4411 Cleveland Ave. from 4 – 10 PM this Saturday.

“Our Christmas in July event is a great way to get the community involved to help raise money for such a worthy cause,” stated Kristi Quarles, Director of Marketing for Hooters South Florida.

100% of the proceeds from the event will go toward Hooters’ larger effort to raise $120,000 for the local chapter of The Salvation Army. Over the past 3 months the Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach and the Cape Coral Hooters locations have been raising money for the cause through various fundraising events.
