Capita’s National Improving Dementia Care Conference comes at a critical time in the future of health and social care in the UK. As costs of care and numbers of patients diagnosed with dementia continue to rise now is the time to action the Prime Minister’s Dementia Challenge and prepare for the 2014 deadline for implementing the Living Well with Dementia: a National Dementia Strategy.

With new commissioning structures for health and social care now in place, this conference is designed to bring together stakeholders to update their best practice on delivering high quality support in a variety of care settings.
