Capitalizing on its mission to promote health and organic lifestyle, Evason Ma’In Hot Springs, Jordan's eco-friendly luxurious touristic destination, has recently hosted a group of leading community ladies from "Home & Garden Club" along with media representatives for a health dedicated event at "At the Spring" restaurant.
The concept of the event highlights health and fitness as well as organic lifestyle and it was kicked off by a health & diet session presented by the nutritionist, Ms. Lama Jdeed, who gave beneficial tips about healthy lifestyle and overcoming obesity, and how to have a healthy food system in Ramadan. The session was concluded by an interactive Q&As session answering the ladies' inquiries.
The attendees were also introduced to Evason Ma'In's new Executive Chef; Mohammad Farouq, who did a live cooking show for the ladies, preparing organic food and explaining all its benefits for health and body and how it is prepared and cooked. The cooking show was followed by rich-menu lunch and giving away valuable vouchers for accommodation at Evason Ma'In Hot Springs.
The event was attended by 30 leading ladies of the society in the presence of media representatives and social media tweepers.
