(BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC) informs that the Board of Directors, in its session on April 22 and 23, 2025, decided that Guillermo García Realpe and Mónica de Greiff Lindo will continue in their roles as Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors, respectively.
