New leadership to drive Kaya Skin Clinic’s strategic growth in region

Kaya Skin Clinic, the largest international skincare clinic chain in the Middle East offering a range of world-class skin solutions, announced the appointment of Mr Debashish Neogi as the Executive Vice President and Regional Head.

Mr Neogi, an industry expert who has held senior positions with leading consumer goods brand across Gulf, South East Asia, India and Bangladesh, is mandated with spearheading Kaya Skin Clinic’s market growth in the Middle East. He takes over with immediate effect.

Mr Neogi has over 17-plus years’ experience in establishing start- ups, business turnaround, change management ,establishing processes in consumer packaged goods industries across challenging and high-growth markets in South Asia , South East Asia & MENA.

Mr Neogi joins Kaya Skin Clinic from the parent company and consumer goods major Marico Ltd, where he was the Executive Vice President & Regional Head - Middle East & North Africa (MENA) based in Dubai. As part of his responsibilities, Mr Neogi was managing the Marico’s business portfolio in MENA area across 19 countries, three manufacturing facilities and over 650 direct & indirect employees.

During his tenure as Country Head in Bangladesh and later in Egypt, Mr Neogi spearheaded a considerable growth for Marico to make it the leading consumers packaged goods brand.

Kaya Skin Clinic currently operates 18 clinics across the region, providing an array of expert skin and hair care services under the supervision of 26 qualified dermatologists. Kaya’s advisory panel conducts highly advanced skin treatments, besides hair free, anti-aging and hair care solutions and has catered to over 100,000 satisfied customers till date.
