Among his many successes in the real estate area, Mr. Yeressian is the author of "Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Strategies."
A volunteer within his local community, Mr. Yeressian is the proud founder of House of David, a nonprofit soup kitchen that assists people experiencing homelessness. With locations in Hawaii and Inland Empire, the organization purchases properties to provide shelter and prepared meals to homeless families once a week.
Mr. Yeressian credits his professional achievements to his motivation and the drive that was instilled in him by his lifelong mentor, Robert Rooks, who inspired him to venture into entrepreneurship, real estate, and e-commerce investments. Additionally, Mr. Yeressian notes the influence of his parents, who served as a motivation to constantly strive for better.
As a commitment to his field, Mr. Yeressian is active with the California Association of Realtors, the South Bay Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree.
