He collaborates with his managers and other team members to ensure high-quality service and performance while guaranteeing they have the resources and inventory they need to serve their customers. Before taking ownership, Mr. Eskew was the assistant manager of the SONIC Drive-In in 2010 and was promoted to a general manager in 2012. To prepare for his career, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Freed-Hardeman University in 2008.
Looking to the future, Mr. Eskew intends to continue to grow and expand his business, including opening new stores to increase his business's reach while creating more employment opportunities. He also plans to increase his ownership stake in the franchise, as he currently owns 49% of the business, with his father-in-law owning the majority share of 51%.
