Celebrating more than 15 years of success in law, Mr. Jones joined Morgan & Morgan, The Morgan Connection, in 2022 as an Account Executive Attorney, building relationships with attorney referral partners to help injured plaintiffs seek justice through civil litigation. Additionally, Mr. Jones works alongside attorney referral partners regarding various concepts to grow their practice.

Mr. Jones had his own law practice serving New Jersey for over eight years with great success and served in private practice for several prestigious law firms, including Masciocchi & Appel LLC in Glendora, New Jersey, and Edward G. Appel in Woodbury, New Jersey, focusing primarily on criminal defense. He also served as a General Counsel for Crown Pipeline Construction Company,
Crown Engineering, and Advanced Traffic Control companies located in Franklinville, New Jersey. Additionally, Mr. Jones garnered expertise as a client relations specialist for Musca Law in Punta Gorda and Cape Coral, Florida, the largest criminal defense law firm in Florida.
Before earning his law degree, Mr. Jones was a sales and marketing specialist for Aggreko, a utility equipment rental company in Bridgeport, New Jersey, from 1998 to 2005, overseeing the northeastern region from Virginia to Canada. He was also an outside sales representative for Carrier Corporation a United Technologies Company and an equipment rental specialist between 2001 and 2002. Mr. Jones served in the same role for General Electric Company (GE) in Philadelphia from 1999 to 2000 where he was ranked second overall in his role company wide.
He also found success with Chem-Aqua Inc. in Maryland as a chemical sales representative between 1996 and 1997 and United States Pipe and Foundry Company LLC in New York City as a sales engineer from 1990 to 1995 where he increased revenue with new sales by 300% and was promoted to manage the state of New York.
Mr. Jones prepared for his career by earning an undergraduate degree in marketing from Rowan University in 1988. He also completed Master of Business Administration course work at Saint John Fisher University in 1995, and additional Master of Business Administration courses at Rowan University in 1999. He received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Widener University School of Law in 2004. He also completed an Associate of Science in Health and Funeral Services Science from Saint Petersburg College in 2023. Mr. Jones has been admitted to practice by the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Remaining active in his professional community, Mr. Jones is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and the Manatee County Bar Association. He was also elected to the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society in 2020.
While in college, Mr. Jones was recognized with the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society from Widener University School of Law in 2001. He was also named as the Salesman of the Month, Rookie of Mid-Atlantic Region, Best Technical Presentation, a monthly and yearly leader in sales results at all past companies as well as and as the Number One Sales Representative early on in his career with GE. Regarding his success in law, Mr. Jones attributes the support of several significant mentors and judges in the field and his desire to help those in need.
