Louisville Business First names Advantum Health a 2023 Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville organization
LOUISVILLE, Ky., Aug. 4, 2023 - Advantum Health, an industry-leading practice revenue management authority based in Louisville, has been recognized by Louisville Business First as one of the Louisville area's Best Places to Work for the second year in a row.
In a third-party survey conducted to calculate nominee's scores, Advantum's employees rated the company 92 on a scale of 1-100, and a full 75% of respondents were highly engaged, with no employees reporting in as disengaged or barely engaged.
Tammy Taylor, Advantum CEO, recognized by Becker's Healthcare as one of the Top Women in Health IT to Know in 2023, shared her objectives for the company culture, "Our culture at Advantum consistently draws talent to the company and helps retain them over time.
