TAMPA, FL, August 04, 2023 - Urban Bay Financial, a commercial real estate debt fund is becoming the latest investment firm to shift offices to Highland Oaks Office Park located at 10150 Highland Manor Dr, Tampa, FL 33610. Highland Oaks is an 88-acre Class A office park with just under one million square feet of office property.
The park is conveniently located in the I-75 corridor of Tampa's suburban office submarket in Hillsborough County.
"I am excited to move our headquarters to a tremendous facility that will enable us to better serve our customers with larger conference rooms and meeting space," Caleb Walsh the founder of Urban Bay Financial wrote to employees on the planned move in a note.
The firm follows in the footsteps of JP Morgan Chase, Rogan & Associates, Pangea Realty Group and others who have moved into the same park.
The company plans to announce major CRE loan originations in August that involve new construction of Multifamily buildings, a Condominium tower and Climate Controlled Storage Unit Developments.
The company is known for originating complex large balance transactions for developers and portfolio investors along with midlevel bridge loan financing for real estate investment groups in 44 of the 50 states excluding MN, ND, OR, SD, UT and VT.
