Similarly, he gained valuable expertise as the director of sales and marketing for two divisions of Douglas Battery Manufacturing, and in sales with Continental Can Company, where he was the youngest million-dollar salesman in the 26th plant division. Throughout his career, Mr. Chadwick has lent his expansive breadth of knowledge to more than 700 published articles as well as university curriculum that teaches students how to utilize databases to solve business problems. An expert in his field, Mr. Chadwick holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Subsequently, he expanded upon his industry knowledge by earning a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a post graduate studies in human and organizational development from The Fielding Graduate University. In order to remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Mr. Chadwick aligns himself with the Soderstrom Society, the Ben Franklin Honor Society, The Printing Industry of the Carolinas, Inc., and several others.
Alongside his work, Mr. Chadwick dedicates himself to his community's several institutions, including the advisory council of the Accrediting Council for Collegiate Graphic Communications, Inc., and the Cursillo Secretariat of North Carolina Episcopal Diocese. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in obtaining results from nearly 200 client customer surveys that he has produced, offering a vast breadth of sales training materials, and developing CEO, Business Development and Plant Management peer groups.
