Brandlin, APC, through which he specializes in civil and business litigation, business formation, and real estate law. Prior to establishing his own practice, he worked as an attorney and partner with Burkley, Brandlin & Swatik LLP and as an attorney at law for Wesierski & Zurek LLP. During the early stages of his career, Mr. Brandlin gained valuable professional expertise as a personal trainer in private practice and as a trainer and assistant manager for a 24 Hour Fitness.
An expert in his field, Mr. Brandlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from California State University, Long Beach and a JD from Trinity Law School. Subsequently, he received an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Central Arizona College, an MBA from Fayette State University, and became a phlebotomy technician. Currently, Mr. Brandlin is furthering his professional knowledge by pursuing a PhD in public policy administration at Walden University.
Outside of his work, Mr. Brandlin contributes to his community by donating to his high school, St. John Bosco High School. Driven to stay abreast of changes in the field, he has aligned himself with the California State University, Long Beach chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the South Bay Bar Association, and the South Bay Association of Realtors. In recognition of his outstanding body of work, Mr. Brandlin was named Mr. Los Angeles in 2010, honored through Martindale-Hubbell as an AV-Preeminent Rated Attorney in 2020, and recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in Civil Litigation in 2021 and 2022.
While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Brandlin takes the most pride in doing a segment on probate trust and estate planning on the Montel Williams show and in establishing a reputation that keeps his firm going by word of mouth. The cornerstone of his success lay in his dedication and discipline, which was instilled in him by his high school wrestling coach, Omar Delgado. Looking ahead, Mr. Brandlin intends to obtain a seat in the Senate or House of Representatives in California, as well as finish his PhD.
