Earlier in his career, he served as a sales associate at ADP, the global leader in payroll and tax filing, from 1991 to 1994.

Mr. Pygon's book, "Win the 16: Principles and Strategies to Optimize Your Day," published in April 2023, draws on his extensive business experience to help readers become their best selves. Civically invested, Mr. Pygon is an active participant on the executive board of The Care Kit Foundation. Moreover, he established the nonprofit Windy City Magic Basketball Association, where he served as the president for years.
Mr. Pygon graduated from Saint Rita of Cascia High School in 1987. He subsequently received a Bachelor of Arts in political science, with a minor in economics from Northern Illinois University in 1991.
