Driven to remain abreast of ongoing changes in the legal field, Mr. Costa also aligns himself with the Order of Attorneys of Brazil.
An expert in his field, Mr. Costa holds a bachelor's degree in juridical science from Universidade de Taubaté and pursued postgraduate studies in civil procedural law at the same institution. Subsequently, he fostered his industry knowledge, earning a master's degree in business international trade from Miami-Dade Community College and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as various certifications in effective leadership and business administration. Due to his considerable experience, Mr. Costa has contributed to a number of publications, including "Applying Supply Chain Data Management at a Large Healthcare Organization" and "CPI das Indenizações Ambientais."
Throughout his career, Mr. Costa has maintained responsibility for data organization programs, including the Back to Basics program at Johnson & Johnson, through which he won the Encore Award, a Leadership Award, the Global Information Technology Recognition Award, and the Audience Champions Award. While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Costa takes the most pride in building a new data governance framework for Johnson & Johnson that has since been implemented on an international scale. Within the next five years, Mr. Costa intends to continue advancing within his career and expanding upon his knowledge by earning a Series 66 license.
