An expert in his field, Mr. Flanagan earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2008. Subsequently, he expanded upon his professional knowledge by earning a Bachelor of Science in accounting from his alma mater in 2011, a Master of Science degree in real estate development and finance from the DePaul University Driehaus College of Business in 2018, a certification in real estate brokerage, and a certified public accounting license through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
While his career has been filled with standout moments, Mr. Flanagan takes pride in working fulltime as a corporate treasury accountant for Laramar Group while earning a degree in accounting. Upon graduating, he passed all four parts of the CPA exam on the first try in a period of six months. The cornerstone of his success lay in the guidance and support of his many mentors, learning the value of a higher education, and remaining a steadfast observer open to continuous coaching and growth. Within the coming years, Mr. Flanagan intends to focus on the success of his career with Prologis, while remaining a dedicated husband and legendary father.
