While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in working for the family business. Initially, Mr. Weber was not going to join the family business. However, after working for the company as an assistant superintendent, he discovered a love of field work that encouraged him to remain with Weber Group. Likewise, he has completed a number of projects like those mentioned above.
