He relies on stellar academic training accumulated through a Bachelor of Science in business management, which he completed at North Carolina State University in 1999, and he also pursued graduate studies at Maryland University of Integrative Health, where he earned a master's degree in 2010. Additionally, Mr. Gooden brings broad and varied experience from related appointments, from Flynn Family Office in 2018 as an associate to a Business Manager at EightOneEight Management until 2022.
Mr. Gooden has seen outstanding success as a business owner and entrepreneur. From 2010 to 2018, he excelled as an entrepreneur, building Rook Financial Management, a boutique bookkeeping and consulting firm in Baltimore, MD. He additionally co-founded Artist Voice Media in 2020 to help aspiring artists achieve their vision. Moreover, Mr. Gooden has actively mentored others in their professional pursuits as the lead instructor of business affairs and community partnership site supervisor with Maryland University of Integrative Health from 2012 to 2016.
In acknowledgment of his accomplishments, Mr. Gooden was recognized as a Top Business Manager in Los Angeles in 2020, 2021 and 2022. He was honored to be featured in The Hollywood Reporter, Variety and Billboard magazines, which he cites as his most notable achievement thus far.
