As a nationally certified real estate mentor and coach and a current member of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program, one clear priority for Mrs. Kennedy is to assist other agents to develop and process leads in their market and resolve any pending barriers to building an impressive portfolio. She eagerly engages other agents to help them realize their utmost potential, deploying her broad expertise in individual marketing to aid in elevating their professional profiles and see industry advancement through a reliance on their own unique talents. Additionally, Mrs. Kennedy helps other agents earn the appropriate continuing education credit and obtain initial licensure as well as renewals.

Mrs. Kennedy holds both a real estate license, granted in 2007 through The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a broker's license, which she was granted in 2017 from Champions School of Real Estate, the largest real estate school in Texas. To provide her clients with an additional dimension of critical service, she also secured a certificate in interior design from University of Phoenix in 1999. Additionally, she completed coursework in elementary education at Tabernacle Baptist Bible College, and Mrs. Kennedy often seeks opportunities to share her vast knowledge base, including by contributing content to Realty Line, a regional real estate publication.

She also serves on the state level of the Texas REALTORS Professional Standards Committee and Professional Standards Coordinating Committee. She also boasts affiliations with several relevant organizations that serve to advance women in business; for example, since 2012, she has been an active member of Professional Women of Williamson Co., for which she served as vice president of the membership and scholarship committee from 2012 to 2015 before being appointed president for a one-year term in 2016.
