Leveraging more than three decades of excellence in commercial and residential real estate, Ms. Ku has earned distinction as the founding owner and broker for Atlanta Realty Central, Inc. Since 2013, she has focused her efforts on providing real estate services for the Atlanta Metro area, including assisting buyers and sellers. Additionally, she has been the founding owner and broker for Realty Central Seoul, South Korea since 2008. She also lends her expertise as a valued member to the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS and the Georgia Association of REALTORS, and the National and Local Women's Council of REALTORS, among other professional organizations.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Ku began her career as a registered nurse with the National Hospital in Seoul, Korea and became a registered nurse for a nursing home after immigrating to the United States in 1973. Following this time, she worked in the retail industry for the beauty supply and convenience store business for 10 years. She subsequently functioned as an associate for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers in 1992 and became a qualifying broker for the Realty Central of Atlanta (now Atlanta Realty Central, Inc.) in 2003.

Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Ku is proud to have successfully founded the Metro Atlanta chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America during the height of the 2008 housing market crisis. She was named a Top Producing Agent by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers for seven years and was a top producer with the RE/MAX Individual Category of the State of Georgia in 2002. The same year, she was honored with a Phoenix Award from the Cobb Association of Realtors, who also named her a Top Ten Realtor from 2000 through 2005.

Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Ku earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Jeonju National University College of Nursing in Korea in 1970. Well-qualified in her field, she is a resort and second-home property specialist, accredited buyer representative and certified international investment immigration specialist. She also holds certifications as a distressed property expert, an international property specialist and military relocation professional, among several other qualifications.

Within the coming years, Ms. Ku intends to continue to share her knowledge with real estate agents in Georgia, including those not part of her team, as she highly values education as a necessary element to serve the clients in her community. Similarly, she plans to ensure real estate service practitioners in marginalized, small communities are well-educated so they can benefit their populations, helping others in her field achieve success.
