BENTON HARBOR, Mich., April 18, 2023 - Today, the board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation (the "Company") declared a quarterly dividend of $1.75 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2023, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2023.
