(NYSE: MDC), one of the nation's leading homebuilders, announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of fifty cents ($0.50) per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 to shareholders of record on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
