ROCHESTER, NH, February 06, 2023 - James H. Jacobs, laborer at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, has been selected for a cover feature in the Tenth Edition of Marquis Millennium Magazine. After graduating from Spaulding High School in Rochester, New Hampshire, in 1979, James H. Jacobs initially worked in a grocery store. After a period of time, he secured an interview at a machine shop thanks to the recommendation of a friend, where he worked for several more years as a custodian. Subsequently moving on to working in the hazmat industry, Mr. Jacobs became employed by the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in New Hampshire, where he remained for more than 34 years until his retirement.
