As the Exam Quality Assurance Manager, Michelle is responsible for the management of the quality assurance team that is tasked with ensuring exams are published fairly and accurately. Michelle was previously a Senior QA Engineer at Imagine Learning, where she worked on a K-12 learning and assessment platform, and has more than 20 years of experience in the QA of digital content.
