The New Sunriser features a fresh-cracked fried egg and a savory sausage patty topped with melty cheese. The Sunriser is served on Krystal's signature steamy bun and is a warm and hearty way to start the day.
Krystal has also upgraded its Chik Biscuit with a thicker, juicier, crispy fried whole-breast Chik served on Krystal's classic flaky biscuit. The savory southern tradition will fill up breakfast lovers every day of the week. The Chik Biscuit is available individually or as a combo with small tots and a small drink.
"I've been focusing on quality improvements across our full menu. In 2022, we introduced our premium chicken products, the Side Chik and the new Chik Biscuit. The new Sunriser is the next step in breakfast menu improvements," said Chef Ray Kees, director of culinary for Krystal. "The fresh-cracked fried egg and the larger sausage patty have elevated the Sunriser to be worthy of its name."
For those looking to feed a crowd night or day, get a Sackful, and choose from a dozen or 24 of the classic Krystals, grilled to perfection and topped with diced onions, mustard and a slice of dill pickle on Krystal's signature steamed bun.
