CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Nov. 16, 2022 - The Board of Directors of Quaker Houghton (NYSE: KWR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.435 per share, payable on January 31, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 17, 2023.
