Chef Mattei has over 40 years of experience as a professional chef and he has worked in restaurants in Italy, England, Germany, and the United States. He has developed a creative twist to his traditional Italian pasta cooking. The name of his virtual kitchen is La Besciamella which translates to "white sauce" in English. Chef Mattei desires to bring his years of experience and his love for cooking to more people.
