July 26, 2022 - The Ohio Kings of the American Basketball Association (ABA) are proud to work with the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati for their Healthy Kids Day. Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. YMCAs across the country host free community events aimed to inspire kids to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the year. Here in Greater Cincinnati, the day-long event will feature activities that focus on the holistic wellness of kids and their families. All activities are designed to inspire kids to get active while simultaneously teaching families how to develop routines that support mental and physical health at home.

Healthy Kids Day is on Saturday, July 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m at Washington Park - Downtown Cincinnati.
